Mr. Kusmirski has 35 years of experience in gold, uranium and base metal exploration. He is currently the President and Chief Executive Officer of JNR Resources Ltd. Prior to joining JNR, he was the Exploration Manager for Cameco Corporation's uranium projects in the Athabasca Basin.

Mr. Billard is a professional geologist with 30 years experience in mineral exploration. He is currently the Vice-President Exploration and a Director of JNR Resources Inc. Prior to joining JNR, he was employed for over 12 years by Cameco Corporation in exploration for gold, base metals, diamonds and uranium throughout western Canada and the western United States.

Position: Director
Dr. McMillan has over 45 years of experience as an exploration and mining geologist throughout North America and on several other continents and where he has undertaken detailed and regional property evaluations as well as estimation of mineral resources. He has served as Exploration Manager or Consulting Geologist with several well known mining companies including: Westmin Resources Ltd., Cameco Corp., Noranda Exploration Co. Ltd., Teck Exploration Ltd. and Falconbridge Nickel Mines Ltd.

Ms. Hurley is a professional geologist with over 25 years experience in the mining and exploration industry, working as an exploration and mine geologist for a number of junior, mid-tier and senior mining companies. She has also worked as a mining analyst and in management of several junior public mining companies.

Mr. Auch practices in the area of securities and corporate/commercial law with Davis & Company. He acts for a broad range of junior issuers whose shares are listed on the TSX Venture Exchange as well as for various brokerage firms on public and private financings.
